Our Furthest RV Camping Trip Yet

Thinking about now towing a travel trailer behind our truck over Seven Mountains on the trip had me worried. We had only ever towed the trailer about an hour or so before and this trip would be about 2.5-3 hours.

Fall Foliage Spots in the Northeast

There’s still time to see beautiful fall colors this fall. Because of some of the more recent warmer temperatures, there are many locations where the leaves haven’t peaked yet.

Hiking Mount Nittany

From the trailhead to the Mike Lynch Overlook is not far, but it is steep. You gain about 600 feet elevation in only .7 miles.

Hiking to Yost Run Falls in the PA Wilds

We predicted that we would have no cell service here so we made sure to read over the info on Yost Run Falls prior to getting there so we knew where we were headed. I’m not trying to get lost in a place known as the “wilds”.

After 8 years, this house finally got a cozy spot for our firepit and to watch the sunset. Three years ago I never imagined that I’d have two dogs dogs, a camper, and that I’d get to marry my best friend @teddyfisher.wildlifephotos in a month. How things change and I couldn’t be more thankful. 🏕️🐶💕 Wedding shower weekend was a great success. 💕 First solo trip in almost 3 years. I was nervous to go and only planned it a week before I left. Stretching your comfort zone builds confidence. I am so glad I went. It was exactly what I needed. ✨
