If you’re not someone who likes taking notes, just try it. My excuse is often I’m too busy, too distracted, I don’t have a notebook with me, or that I’m more focused on finishing than I am remembering. To be quite honest, I really don’t love winter and January is a hard month for me. I love to be outside but do not love being cold. I love the sun and warmth. Finding ways to savor the winter season rather than wish it away is something I’ve tried to be very intentional about this year.
I didn’t want to do really anything drastically differently than I do now, I just wanted to do it more consistently and intentionally. So I broke down my word of the year into 4 directional goals for what I’d like to be.
